greetings from Pastor Jill Lea

Thank you for taking the time to meet us here on the Shoregate UMC website. On behalf of our church family I would like to welcome you! People have many reasons for seeking out a new church. Maybe, you are new to the area and looking for a welcoming place to call home; maybe, you are looking to come back to church after a long time away; maybe, you are looking for a place for young families; or, just maybe, you’re not sure what you are looking for but long for church home to call your own. Whatever the reason, we welcome you with open arms. We have a passion for making a difference in our local community and in our world and we want to share that passion with you and your family.

As you browse our website, I hope you find some things of interest to you, but most of all, I hope you feel led to experience the love of Jesus Christ with us. Please join us on a Sunday morning for worship. We would love to help you find your song.

Please feel free to contact me at jlscott@shoregateumc.org with any questions you might have. We can even meet for coffee if you like. I look forward to getting to know you better.

Peace and blessings,

Pastor Jill Lea Scott
